I.  General provisions

1.1. Sole trader Bondar A.A. (hereinafter referred to as Medtv group), addresses this public offer (hereinafter - Agreement), hosted on the Internet at  http://www.medtv.group/contract any natural person, legal entity or sole trader who has expressed willingness to use the services Medtv group (hereinafter - Client).

1.2. The integral parts of this Agreement are the Privacy Policy posted on the Internet at http://www.medtv.group/pp , as well as Annexes to this Agreement (hereinafter - Annexes). Annexes are posted on the Internet at the addresses described in this Agreement.

1.3. The acceptance of this Offer is the passage of the registration procedure with the subsequent transfer of funds as an advance payment for the services of the Medtv Group. The registration form and the rules for filling it out are available at http://www.medtv.group;
The moment of conclusion of this Agreement is the date of receipt of funds transferred by the Subscriber to the bank account of Medtv group.


1.4. By accepting this Offer in the manner specified in clause 1.3. of this Agreement, the Client agrees with all the terms of the Agreement in the form in which they are set forth in the text of this Agreement, including in the Annexes.

1.5. After the conclusion of this Agreement, the Client becomes a Subscriber. Medtv group and Subscriber are collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1.6. Medtv group has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties by notifying the Subscriber at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of their transfer. A subscriber who has not submitted objections within the period specified in the notification is considered to have agreed to the transfer of the rights and obligations of the Medtv group under this agreement to a third party.

1.7. During the entire term of this Agreement, the Medtv group has the right to publicly, orally or in writing, indicate that the Subscriber is a counterparty of the Medtv group and uses the services of the Medtv group.

II.  Subject of the contract

2.1. On the basis of this Agreement, the Medtv group undertakes to provide the Subscriber with the services he has chosen on certain real Contractual terms, and the Subscriber undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the procedure established by this Agreement, as applied in Annex 1 Methods and terms of payment.

III.  Responsibility of the parties

3.1.  None of the Parties to this Agreement shall be liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement, if proper fulfillment turned out to be impossible due to force majeure, that is, extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions, as well as as a result of decisions and actions (inaction) of state authorities authorities, lack of legal and regulatory documents governing the field of communications, illegal actions of third parties.

The Party, which, as a result of the occurrence of the above circumstances, cannot fulfill its obligations, is obliged to notify the other Party in writing of the occurrence of these circumstances, within 5 (five) days from the moment of their occurrence, as well as the termination of these circumstances within 5 days since their termination.

In the event that notifications of the onset and / or termination of these circumstances were not sent within the specified period, the Party loses the right to exemption from liability under these circumstances. If these circumstances do not stop within 1 (one) month, each of the parties has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement.

IV. The term of the contract, the procedure for its amendment and termination

4.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its conclusion and is valid for an unlimited period.

4.2. Medtv group has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement specified in the Rules and Annexes, with the obligatory notification of the Subscriber by e-mail and posting information about the changes and the date of their entry into force on the Internet at http://www.medtv.group/contract no less than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before their entry into force.

In the event that the Subscriber within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification sends Medtv group by e-mail to the address support@medtv.group from the e-mail address indicated by the Subscriber on the Subscriber's personal WWW-page, an electronic message containing a written refusal to change the Agreement, the Agreement is considered terminated. The date of termination of the Agreement is indicated by the Subscriber in this message, but it cannot be later than the date the changes come into force. If the date of termination of the agreement is not indicated in the notice or it is later than the date the changes come into force, this Agreement is considered modified from the date the changes come into force.

In the event that within 10 (ten) calendar days with fixing the Subscriber does not send an electronic message to the Medtv group, a written refusal to change this Agreement, this Agreement is fixed taking into account the changes in force.

4.3.  Each Party has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Party by e-mail.

The moment of termination of this Agreement is the date specified in the notice of termination of the Agreement, and in the absence of such an indication, the date of receipt by the Party of this notice.

4.4.  Except for the cases specified in clause 4.5 of this Agreement, after termination of this Agreement, the funds transferred by the Subscriber to Medtv group as a prepayment for Medtv group services are returned to the Subscriber to the bank account specified by him based on a written application of the Subscriber in the form of a document on paper. If, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of termination of this Agreement, the Subscriber does not receive an application for a refund, these funds are subject to debiting and are not returned to the Subscriber.

4.5.  After termination of this Agreement, the funds transferred by the Subscriber to Medtv group as a prepayment for Medtv group services shall not be returned to the Subscriber if this Agreement has been terminated for the following reasons:

4.5.1. the Subscriber has violated the terms of this Agreement;

4.5.2. within 30 calendar days, the Subscriber does not pay for Medtv group services, as a result of which, during the specified period, the Subscriber's Personal Account is equal to 0 (zero) or has a negative value;

4.5.3. all services are removed or blocked by the Subscriber for a period exceeding 30 calendar days;

V. Settlement of disputes

5.1. Disputes and disagreements under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.

5.2. All disputes and disagreements between the Parties under this Agreement not settled through negotiations shall be subject to consideration in the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar.
